Kelly admittedly follows a strict diet, and she works out seven days a week. Her husband, Mark Consuelos, is also dedicated to keeping in shape, so the couple is able to motivate each other to stay fit.
In a 2020 interview with ‘Harper’s Bazaar,’ Kelly said that she doesn’t really ever have cheat meals. She avoids doing so so she does not fall off the wagon when it comes to her strict diet and fitness routines.
