Liv celebrated her birthday with A biкini pic that shows off her megatoned butt
She enjoys the Tracy Anderson Method and spin classes for training.
Olivia Wilde, happy birthday! On Instagram, the Don’t Worry Darling actress and director celebrated her 39th birthday by wearing a swimsսit with a pal.
But, of course, she did it in true Olivia form, flaunting her toned bottom and legs. Her booty tattoo, which she nicknamed a “tramp stamp,” was also visible.
“I’m 39 years old and in good health.” Thank you for your birthday wishes. I’ve been milking it for much too long, and it’s been fantastic. Here’s to whatever comes after that. Who knows? Probably not another tramp stamp. “#shameless #howdareshe #thehorror,” she wrote in the caption.
Olivia’s birthday post, of course, received a lot of attention. “I’d put a TA on that cute booty!” said trainer Tracy Anderson. 39 is a fantastic age!!! It’s going to be a fantastic year!,” “The nerve!” wrote actress Megalyn Echikunwoke.
The Tracy Anderson Method, which combines dance and weight training, is one of Olivia’s favourite workouts. She was photographed leaving the trainer’s gym in Los Angeles two days in a row earlier this month, and she was also seen there last year.
She also enjoys spin classes, telling Women’s Health, “I make fun of it, but it’s amazing, because you have to push yourself through this resistance, which is so therapeutic.”
And you can bet Olivia is serious about her preparation for various film roles. Olivia revealed more about her training regimen for her film, A Vigilante, to E! News.
“I play a pretty tough character with a very specific goal, and I think having something helps.” If you don’t push yourself, you won’t be able to execute your job as well as you would like. So having that exact thing is beneficial,” she explained.
Olivia likes to walk a lot every day, which adds to her physical activity. She told CNBC that living in New York City requires her to walk a lot.
“We already walk more than most people in other cities.”
“I’ll take the stairs,” she announced. “There is almost always a way to [be active].” Instead of sitting at home and taking a call or holding a phone meeting, go for a stroll. You may include more activity into your life.”
Olivia prefers to avoid processed meals and eat as healthily as possible on a regular basis. “I believe that anyone who has ever had even a brief period in their life where they clean up their act—first beginning to eat healthy food, exercise, and use natural products—will always say… I feel my best.” However, maintaining that lifestyle might be difficult at times.
